Cockburn Vets approached us with an existing website that was considered modern but wasn’t working for them. The current website was missing a lot of crucial points. It didn’t promote their health plan, it didn’t sell their services, and didn’t help to convert visitors into long-term clients.
With that in mind, the way we approached Cockburn Vets website was to place focus on creating more recurring revenue for them and creating long-term clients. We made the focus of the home page their health plan and worked with them to create blog content that would provide useful information while promoting the great special offers and services available under their health plan.
We restructured the website, making it more user-friendly and easy to navigate, refining the number of pages and organising content by priority. Useful information is shown straight away on the homepage. Combining 10 separate services pages into one page with a tabbed system to help the content be easily digestible, and also promote the services at the same time.
The website started as only 14 pages, and we have made additions over time to include and promote new services that generate recurring revenue for Cockburn Vets, while retaining and generating clients.
