*the bulk change process is the industry-standard way to move lots of Direct Debit providers from one provider to another.

From start to finish, the process takes around 8 weeks (faster in some cases), all members move at the same time and you won’t lose any members as a result of the change.

Clients do not need to take any action (ie they don’t need to complete a new Direct Debit mandate).

Terms and conditions:

  • Offer applies to UK independent practices only.
  • To qualify, Easy Direct Debits must have received your application by 5pm, 30th June 2019.
  • Offer subject to Easy Direct Debits minimum contract term of two years, our standard transaction fees (available on request) and for payments processed under Easy Direct Debits Service User Number.
  • Applicants must meet selection criteria (available on request) and pass banking compliance checks.
  • Easy Direct Debits will pay £1 to successful applicants for every healthcare plan member who transfers to Easy Direct Debits using the bulk change process and who still has an active subscription 6 months after transferring (‘Transferring Member’).
  • Successful applicants can choose to receive their scrappage pay-out as cash or as a marketing credit to spend with Vet Success®. Applicants who choose to receive a marketing credit will receive a 10% bonus (eg if the practice has 1,000 Transferring Members, they can choose to receive £1,000 + VAT in cash or to receive £1,100 + VAT as a Vet Success® marketing credit). Marketing credit can be spent on a wide range of products and services including (but not limited to): graphic design, web design, copy writing, customer journey assessment, targeted online advertising, print, direct mail and email marketing.
  • If the practice changes ownership or stops using Easy Direct Debits within 2 years of the Transferring Members joining Easy Direct Debits, the scrappage pay-out must be repaid on demand.
